In order for our delivery team to bring your furniture to you quickly and safely, there are a few things you can make sure of. First, you can clear a space for the delivery truck and make sure the path to your driveway is clear of snow and clutter. Next, you can remove anything that may be clinging to the interior that is in the way of the delivery truck such as picture frames or plants. Finally, if you have pets at home, it's a good idea to place them in a separate room as much for the safety of our delivery people as to prevent them from running away with the opening of the exterior doors.

Despite the team of professionals we have, it may happen occasionally that the furniture may have a manufacturing defect that may not have been noticed. That's why it's important to go around when our team is still on site to make a good note in writing if there is anything to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
